Commercial Property

The UK commercial property market currently offers investors with one of the best opportunities to buy at price levels not seen for many years.

UK commercial property fell by approximately 45% from their peak in June 2007. Prices have now bottomed out with and are now rising. Total annual returns for commercial property rose by 3.4% in 2009, after a sharp recovery in the second half of 2009, whilst rental yields are averaging over 6% in 2010. Investors can therefore benefit from acquiring assets at a relative bargain price, gain healthy rental incomes with the prospect for attractive levels of capital growth in the long-term as the UK economy recovers from its recessionary period.
